The house is centrally located in the Espanola area close to a lot of shopping areas and easy to get anywhere. Its about 25 minutes from Santa Fe or Los Alamos. Super convenient location with a backyard for private off the street parking. It is about 1300sqft 3br/1ba house with Off Street parking and a fenced backyard with a storage shed. It has a very quite, comfortable, and cozy feel to it. The home has all wood, tile, and new carpet floors and it is well insulated. It has been freshly painted and is ready to go. This is a very nice house. The house is ready for move in now. We are asking $1600/ month but more important than the monthly rent is getting someone in there that will care for it. I really prefer a long term tenant who is clean and takes care of their belongings. I do not want to deal with weirdo's or complainers. I really mean this. I would rather not rent it at all than to deal with difficult people. Tenant pays all utilities. We check credit and backgrounds. Thank you. One year lease or longer!
