Our location is incredibly convenient, with numerous shopping and dining options just a few blocks away. Nearby, you'll find 24 Hour Fitness, Walgreens, Whole Foods, banks, Chinese supermarkets, and restaurants. Groceries are easily accessible at the nearby H Mart. CCSF is a quick 10-minute walk away, while Stonestown/SFSU is only a 15-minute bus ride, and downtown/AAU is reachable via a 40-minute Muni ride. Street parking is available for free, although a designated parking spot is not included. Room B with a shated bath: $925 This room is suitable for a quiet, single student, or professional seeking a peaceful living environment. Utilities will be divided by headcount, and a one-year contract is required. Please note that we do not allow pets on the premises.
