Tile floors throughout the house. Large fenced back yard. Storage shed in back will probably come out unless you want it to stay. Laundry hook ups in converted to living area former garage. Multiple cabinets in converted area. Converted area may be changed around. It does need to be finished before you take possession. This home is subject to an rental application, with credit information, verification of employment, other benefits, like social security award letter, unemployment benefits printout, etc., previous rental history, 6 months utility bills evidencing residence at listed previous rental. I don't expect perfect credit! You'd be buying instead, right? If you have had an eviction in the past, don't bother applying.
