There are a number of steps going down to the unit so that renter should be comfortable and capable with going up and down steps. One year lease and then month to month. No smoking, no drugs, no cats, but a small or even medium size (non fighting breed) dog may be acceptable with owners written consent. Propane for tankless heater and internet paid by owner, other utilities (garbage, water, electric) will be shared. Also internet is paid by owner. I am looking for a tenant(s) who will be a good neighbor(s), considerate, reasonable and rather easy going who can and will pay rent on time. I will also be a considerate, good neighbor. I have great neighbors and have had great tenants previously and wish for that to continue. Any potential tenant will be screened for arrests, financial ratings and evictions before moving in. An application charge of $25 per applicant will be charged.
