It's a fully furnished 1bedroom/1bathroom unit in a 4-bedroom/4-bathroom apartment and has an in-unit washer and dryer. It is animal friendly and it is an individual lease, which means you are only financially responsible for your bedroom and not the others who live there. You do not have to be a student, anyone can live there! Email or call if interested! The lease is $594/mo. and ends July 31st. and I will give you $20 a month so you're responsible for $574. You would be taking over the remainder of the lease for June and July, and can renew the lease for FREE with The Province. All utilities are included (including free Wi-fi and cable with HBO!) unless you go over the monthly electricity limit which the overage is then split among all 4 roommates.
