This is a beautiful and quaint old house less than 1 mile from the heart of main street, or a 15 min walk. It's 2bd/1ba with a King bed and queen bed. The house has a huge yard and is quiet. This is an older house and there are quirks to the house that come with it being an old house. A lot has been renovated but below I note some eccentricities to consider. The space: Beautiful cozy house with plenty of light, a huge screened in porch and lovely yard. Fast wifi! Some things to note: --there is no dishwasher --In the heat of the summer, the bedroom doors are tough to close. --Exterior of the house is a bit run down. Only interior has been remodeled. --No TV Pets are okay on a case by case basis. Please ask in advance and $60 additional pet cleaning fee applies + a $200 additional pet deposit. And please, clean up after the pet (in the yard). House trained animals only! This is a fully furnished rental. RENT INCLUDES ALL UTILITIES AND INTERNET. Rent is $1,850/month with a $500 refundable damage deposit and a $200 nonrefundable cleaning fee. 3-month minimum commitment. Questions, please ask!
