Two parcels zoned RS12, total of 6.08 acres per tax info. Located between hwy 7 and N New Hope Rd on Modena Street in Gastonia. The larger parcel currently has a city walk way with safety railing across the front and I am checking on adding an access from that location, however parcel 100564 offers complete access to all of it as well. There is a power easement as shown on the attached photos. Topo shows mostly level on the right parcel and slightly sloping on the left parcel.
