I will be breaking my lease the first week of June and am looking for someone to move into my apartment. The management company will start a new lease with you for 1 or 2 years. The apartment features a washer/dryer in the unit, central air, very large kitchen (stainless, granite, etc.), expansive living room, balcony, and plenty of closet space. Hardwood floors throughout, high ceilings, and nice molding/fixtures. The building also features a gym, pool, garage parking and rooftop deck and grill area, and free shuttle to the PATH.The lease will be determined by the management company. I am breaking my lease.
