The apartment is a 1 bedroom, with a living room, kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom. It would be great for one person or for a couple. The bathroom has a full bath, and the kitchen has a dishwasher and gas stove. The bedroom has a good sized closet. The landlords are pet friendly, but there are some breed restrictions for certain breeds of dogs. The entire apartment has wood floors and white walls. It's in good condition and the building is not loud. The location is great--you can walk to campus or Carytown and it's only a couple of blocks from the VMFA.The apartment comes with free parking in the lot behind the building. Sewer/trash are included--you pay gas and electric (these have been very inexpensive in this apartment--under $20 usually). You would also have to buy cable/internet, but I have an agreement to share WiFi with my neighbors for $15/month and I'm sure they would be willing to continue this agreement with the new resident.Overall, this is a great apartment with excellent amenities and a great location. I wouldn't move out except I got a new job!
