Quaker Arts is located at 801 North West Street, Wilmington, DE 19805. It is a general occupancy apartment community with apartments for low to moderate-income individuals and families. The apartment community is under construction and scheduled for completion by fall of 2023. There is a preference for artists; however, you do not have to be an artist to qualify. Eight (8) apartments are specifically adapted for individuals needing accessible (ADA) features and/or hearing and/or vision impaired features. There is an art studio workspace in select apartments. We are pet friendly with a limit of 2 pets. Section 8 and most housing vouchers are accepted (but not necessary). We look forward to welcoming you home to Quaker Arts!
