Outside, the backyard offers a paradise perfect for enjoying relaxing afternoons and evenings. Picture yourself unwinding in the hot tub, dining al fresco under the stars, or firing up the BBQ grill. Tall fences ensure your privacy and security in this serene escape. Inside, two inviting living areas provide ample space for gatherings. One, bathed in natural light from sliding glass doors, opens to the backyard and offers a TV. The second boasts a large sectional, giving you the perfect place to settle in for group game nights. You'll also find a dining table with 4 seats and a bench, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with additional barstool seating and everything you need to make at-home meals a breeze. When it's time to rest, the primary bedroom welcomes you with a California king bed and a private TV. The ensuite bathroom adds a touch of luxury to your stay. The second bedroom, furnished with a king bed and a desk, is perfect for remote work or study sessions. The third bedroom offers a cozy queen bed and another TV. Guests have access to a 24/7 support team and a tech-enabled concierge to book services, such as fridge stocking, mid-stay cleanings, and private chefs. The maximum occupancy for this home is 18, including two children under the age of 13. This home accepts a maximum of 2 pets, but pets must be approved in advance and are subject to an additional fee of $150 per pet. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without approval, there is a fine of $500 per pet. The parking area can accommodate 2 to 4 cars depending on the size. This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs. As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation. Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. We have enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions. IDs will be requested for verification after booking.
