Basement studio apartment for rent in Central Tacoma, just off 6th Ave - house address is 801 S Anderson Street. There is plenty of street parking, and in a friendly and inclusive neighborhood. The apartment features a separate entrance for tenant; a bathroom with a clawfoot tub; a kitchenette with a refrigerator, sink, and storage. The apartment is currently unfurnished. The photos feature the apartment as staged. The owners will provide a microwave for the unit. The kitchenette does not feature a stove/oven, so a cooktop will need to be purchased by tenant (if desired). We are looking for an individual ($1,000 per month). We will accept cats, and most other small animals. We currently are not accepting dogs of any breed. We'd be happy to accommodate a student, traveling nurse/professional, and those in transition. We're hoping for a long term tenant, but will also accommodate someone who needs temporary housing. We are also on board with the tenant making changes to the apartment, within reason, in order for the space to feel like their home.
