Quaker Arts is located at 801 North West Street, Wilmington, DE 19805. It is a general occupancy apartment community for low to moderate-income individuals and families. The apartment community is still partially under construction. We do not have apartments available to tour. The community consists of Efficiency, 1, 2- & 3-bedroom apartments. There is a preference for artists; however, you do not have to be an artist to qualify. Eight (8) apartments are specifically adapted for individuals needing accessible (ADA) features and/or hearing and/or vision impaired features. There is an art studio workspace in select apartments. We are pet friendly with a limit of 2 pets. Section 8 and most housing vouchers are accepted. We currently have possible availability for 80% income apartments only (all other apartments are now on a waiting list): Efficiency Apartments - $665 per month* 1 BR Apartments - $990* per month 2 BR apartments - $1193* per month 3 BR apartments - $1418* per month.
