We truly love this residential neighborhood. It's safe, beautiful, and peaceful! We love going for walks and meeting new people. Everyone is very friendly! Getting to the grocery store is a breeze with QFC, Safeway and Albertson in close proximity. We often walk to St. Edwards park in the summer time for Thursday night concerts and just to hike on weekends! We love that we can be in Denny Park off Holmes Point road in about five minutes to swim/Kayak or enjoy the amazing views along Lake Washington. Living in this location is convenient to both downtown, east side, and even heading towards Lynnwood. Kenmore (Finn Hill) is a hidden gem many people may not know about!
