No dogs on the beds or living room couch (dog hair found on bed comforters or couch will have a dry cleaning fee post-stay). - Early or Late Checkin/Checkout must be Requested in Advance - Cleaning fee covers three hours with two housekeepers. Any excess time needed for cleaning will be billed to the guest at $60hr in half hour increments. - $200 Fee for Smoking in the House - Unauthorized use of pool/spa/lighting equipment is prohibited and will be charged a fee - Normal use utility costs are included. Guests will be charged for any excessive usage. - Electricity use and gas is monitored - Unless pre-approved in advance to waive there is a mandatory guest paid housekeeping service are required every three weeks to help us keep the homes cleanliness level to our standards. Service includes laundry (linens, towels, etc.), floors/carpets, bathrooms, kitchen, bedrooms, living rooms, dusting, etc. Two or three housekeepers will be onsite. Guests must vacate the premises during the cleaning service to allow our staff to perform their job more efficiently.
