Thanks for choosing to book with me! My place is business ready and a perfect place for traveling groups and relocating families. It has two bedrooms and two full bathrooms and one half bathroom. It is able to accommodate 4 people comfortably. My place is open for month-to-month rental. The space My goal was to keep all of the original charm that I fell in love with in this Mid Century Modern condo but update everything for a "modern lifestyle". There is a great wood-burning fireplace in the living room with big windows where you can see all of the deer that like to roam around the backyard. The space is about 1,400 sq/ft and the two bedrooms are spacious and bright but also private so you feel like you have your own space. Both rooms and baths are on the second floor, you must be able to climb two flights of stairs to go to your rooms. The sofa in the living room can be put into a flat position to become a temporary bed. -It is firm but comfortable! Other things to note There is no TV in the house -I do have high-speed wifi that allows you to stream videos from your mobile device. For your safety, there are two surveillance camera on the first floor. There is a cargo railway nearby the condo, you would hear the train passing by a few times a day. The renter must have a minimum credit score of 720. Owner will pay for the water, electricity, HOA and Internet.
