We are looking for 1 female roommate for our 5 bed, 2 bath house in Green Lake. The house is huge, secure and in a fantastic location. The group is a mix of young professionals hiking, climbing or spending time with friends and family. We enjoy the occasional dinner or movie night together, but are pretty independent most of the time and extremely respectful of each other's space. The four of us are optimistic, happy, clean, neat, fun and interested in adding another woman to share our house with. Our ideal house-mate will be a good communicator, respectful of shared space and easy going. We all get along with each other well, with no drama and enjoy spending time together in the shared spaces of the house and are respectful of our house-mates need for privacy. The room is $950/month, unfurnished, located on the second floor and has plenty of light, space and privacy. We all have hybrid work location arrangements - so we regularly work from home.
