Ft $1316-1416/mo (Negotiable) All utilities are included in monthly rent which is due before the first of the month. If something breaks in the apartment there is a QR code on a magnet on the freezer that will lead you to a form on Veda's website to fill out a maintenance request and someone will be in soon to fix the issue.
