This one bedroom, one bath apartment has a large eat-in kitchen, with appliances, lots of cabinets and a pantry space. A large living room, with rustic built in cabinet and a closet. A large carpeted bedroom, with a nice full bathroom. There is a huge brand new front porch and a small covered back porch. Also has a shared basement, with separate laundry hookups and separate lighting. Tenants are responsible for all utilities, Downstairs tenants are responsible for lawn care. Upstairs tenants are responsible for snow removal Must have monthly income of 3X the monthly rent and fill out and return the free application prior to scheduling a tour.
