Main level has a large living room, dining room, kitchen, main bedroom, full bathroom, and a bonus living room / Sunroom with laundry area. Upstairs offers 3 bedrooms and the other full bathroom. The house is located right off main street in Linn, and has one of the largest yards in town. There is a shop located on the property, but it is not being rented with the property. We are not interested in renting to any college students at this time. Tenant is responsible for all utilities.
