The house is located on major cross streets, Whittier and Harbor. I'm looking for a tenant for my additional dwelling unit constructed on 8/2021. The total Square footage is 450. There's a restroom that you can enter from either the kitchen or the bedroom. I live in the main house and keep to myself. There is a newly constructed vinyl fence built 7/2024 that sections off the unit so you'll have privacy with your driveway. Some of the pictures still show the old wooden fence. One of the pictures will show a red box, which is your unit plus your driveway and the large concrete backyard; all of which will be solely for you to use. There's a metal sliding gate that provides security. Everything is fairly new inside the unit including all appliances. I will take care of the utilities, internet, and electricity (if it goes above a certain level, I will charge you). For the summer months (May or June through Sept or Oct) we will split the electricity bill so we can all use the AC freely.
