This apartment features two large bedrooms and an open floor plan that flows from the living room to the kitchen quite nicely. The house has off street parking for residents and on-site laundry at @ 2.00/load for the wash and the dryer is free. The four unit house has one furnace that services four apartments. The thermostat is located in the basement apartment that tends to run cool in the winter. The thermostat is locked off at 69 degrees. The house does not offer central air conditioning so you will be on your own with that.
