The house itself is spacious, with a large living room, gorgeous kitchen, and super high ceilings! $600 per month plus utilities. Large fenced backyard. A professional cleaner comes weekly to clean the kitchen, living room, and shared bathroom, which is paid for by landlord. House (and bathroom) will be shared by my father, a retired 76 year-old music professor and conductor. He very much keeps to himself and would have his own den where he spends most of his time.
