Parking for one vehicle is available onsite. Patio space and a small shared yard are enjoyed by the tenants. Each unit in this building has its own dedicated water heater. One-year lease. No smoking of any kind (including cigarettes, vaping, e-cig, weed, etc.). No pets. Security deposit may be paid in installments. $350 holding fee at lease signing. Additional $1125 due at move-in. No charge-offs, unpaid debts, or history of delinquent payments. Minimum credit score 700. 4. Rental History. Tenant must demonstrate excellent track record in on-time rent payments, keeping their residence in good condition and free of damage, and have no evictions or broken leases. 5. Good Neighbor History. Tenant must provide landlord and personal references who will give favorable recommendations, specifically about cleanliness, cooperative attitude, and demonstrated ability to be a good neighbor.
