We're looking for a housemate to join our 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home in Ithaca's beautiful Fall Creek neighborhood starting August 1, 2026. Rent is $825/month, including all utilities except internet and trash (~$20/month). The available bedroom is unfurnished, while the rest of the house is fully furnished and well-maintained. One of us has lived here for several years and can confidently say it's a comfortable home with a responsive private landlord. The house gets great natural light and features a spacious yard with a raised bed garden, a brick patio with outdoor seating, and even a pergola, perfect for relaxed fall and spring hangouts. Lawn care is handled by the landlord. The home is about a 10-minute walk to downtown Ithaca, with easy access to bus routes serving Cornell and the surrounding area. Amenities include in-unit washer/dryer, dishwasher, and ample street parking. The available room shares a large bathroom with one roommate. About us: We are two Cornell graduate students (they/them + she/her) who value a clean, quiet, and respectful living environment with open communication. One of us has lived in co-ops for years, so we're big on shared responsibility, clear communication, and creating a home that feels good for everyone. We enjoy hosting the occasional dinner or gathering, but overall keep things low-key.
