Here are some of our favorite things about our space: Dishwasher/garbage disposal. Washer/dryer hookups Two very large bedrooms. AC + very well insulated Two yards; one is smaller and set up as a private patio, the other yard has a lot of grass and a small patio. Two-car garage; insulated, automatic openers on both doors, and heated. Dog door (pets ok, see below). Walkable to nearly everything you could need: grocery store, Franklin Park, bike shop, restaurants, coffee, etc. it's about 10 minutes to walk to Rainier Square. It's short walk to Memorial Hospital, too. Safe neighborhood. The home is completely private and is on the backside of a duplex. There is a firewall so there's no sound and no visibility to/from the front unit and there is no shared space with the front unit aside from the mailbox and trash cans. The patio on the southside of the rental is hands-down our favorite place to hang out from March-October. Lots of garden boxes if you're into growing veggies and flowers. In-ground, automatic sprinkler system. YARD CARE INCLUDED. Furnishings CAN include: Queen size bed Full size bed nightstands Dressers for each room Table and chairs Couch TV Dishes (plates, glasses, and utensils) Minimal cookware Click the request to apply link above and I'll send you a link to our google form application. Rent: $1500 /mo for a 12-month lease unfurnished. $1725/mo for month-to-month furnished. Deposit: $1000 / $250 of which is non-refundable for cleaning. Pet deposit: $500 non-refundable. Yard care included in the lease. Renters insurance required. Renter will need to put all utilities in their name (Water-Sewer-Garbage, electricity, internet). WSG is usually ~$65/month (billed every second month), electricity is $40/month in Summer and ~$150/month through winter, internet is ~$50-60/month. **exceptions made for short-term renters, and we are happy to work out a pet rent rather than pet deposit. The apartment will be available from 08/07, if move in is after 08/15, the first month will be prorated and the following month will be due in advance (at move-in).
