This house was one of the first phases built in the community so it has 9' ceiling, 8 foot door and over sized windows. The homes built in the last couple years in the community only have 8 foot ceiling and 7' door. The builder was Lennar and it was built very well. With 2700sf and only 3 bed room the home feels much larger than the typical 2700sf. Of the three bedroom two of them are Maters with private on suite and the third is a very good size (we currently use as an office). The home was designed with the open concept in mind. The foyer opens to a formal dining on the left and a large great room. The large kitchen is well appointed with granite counter tops, rich colored wood and stainless steal appliances (gas range!). There is a butlers pantry connecting the kitchen and formal dinning with ample counter space and cabinetry. All the bedroom are one one side of the house. Master bedroom features double door entry, large windows and a door to the covered patio. Master bath has double sink, walk in shower, separate soaking tub and Toto toilet. Large walk in closet sports a rich wood custom designed hanger system with double rod for shirts on top and pants on bottom.
Backyard is well appointed with a beautiful custom pool and spa with mature ficus surrounding entire backyard for complete privacy. Fenced off side yard is all grass with a doggie septic system to make all members of the family happy.
The community is very nice and clean. One warning/feature is the HOA is very strict. I think that it is great for the community that they are very strict but I could see it being an issue for certain personalities. The HOA has one of the most dedicated Presidents that I have ever seen.
