Excellent neighborhood. Semi- furnished classic home with fenced yard and room for garden. King-size bed in master suite with bath and walk-in closet. Homeowner visits for several weeks/yr and stays in basement bedroom so there is a short period of house-share. Lawn needs to be mowed by tenant at current rental rate/increase if I need to hire someone. Owner pays for water & garbage. Tenant pays gas and electric. No smoking.
