This home was built by Architect Charles Elmer White Jr. and The American Face Brick Association, beginning in 1921 and completed in 1922. All of the original hardwood floors, built-ins and wood trim are still in place and in excellent condition. The original handcrafted kitchen cabinets in the eat-in kitchen are in excellent shape, as are the fir floors, though the counter was replaced at some point with a tile top. At some point the fireplace flue was bricked over and made decorative, but could be opened by a new owner. The three lite wooden window sash have recently had the chain sash lifts replaced and the tile roof is in excellent condition.
