Beautiful house in great location! We bought the house in September of 2016 and are only selling due to the fact we have to relocate out of the area for a job. It is a 3 bedroom, 2 full bathroom, 1800+ square foot home. Each bedroom has a HUGE walk in closet. There is also a bonus room that can be used for a fourth bedroom, an office, a rec. room, etc... The back yard has a patio with a pergola over it and a chain link fence that has managed for the most part to contain our two escape artist dogs. The back yard also has a good sized separate section to pen the dogs up if you want to have a barbecue or something and your dogs have poor table manners like ours. The garage is a 2 car garage (approximately 400 sq. ft.) with built in storage space all along one wall. There is also easy attic access from the garage which adds TONS of additional storage space. Other fun things the house has is a laundry room off the garage, a wood burning fireplace in the living room (inspected in 2016), newer hot water heater, central heat and air, refrigerator with ice and water dispenser, electric stove, new garbage disposal, and several other things I am sure I'm forgetting.
