Guests should be advised to keep their voices low if they are visiting late. Lessees are requested to deal openly and honestly with each other whenever noise disturbances occur. If a lessee has been asked repeatedly to be more sensitive to noise and there hasn't been any improvement, management should be contacted for resolution. Documentation of dates and times of violations should be noted. Laundry Facilities included in the rent for lessees only. Please keep track of laundry cycles and take clothes out when they are done. Do not leave clothes in either the washer or dryer. The Premise will be used for private residential purposes only. The premise will not be sublet to others. Lessee, guests, invitees, and uninvited visitors will not use the premises or its provided WiFi network in violation of any United States or Michigan laws, local ordinances, or other lawful authorities. The premises' WiFi network shall only be used for legal and appropriate purposes. Lessee shall not engage in any unauthorized or illegal online activities, including but not limited to hacking, copyright infringement, or distribution of malicious software. Lessee shall hold harmless and indemnify Lessor for any claims associated with Lessee's improper use of the internet, including damages and reasonable attorney fees that Lessor may incur. If there is more than one Lessee signing this agreement they shall be jointly and severally liable for all obligations provided for herein.
