BEDROOMS/SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS: The primary bedrooms has a plush King size bed, 65" Smart TV an over sized en-suite custom bathroom with dual sinks, separate walk in shower and a very large walk in closet. Bedroom 2: Queen Bed, 55" Smart TV with private bathroom and private closet Bedroom 3: (2) Double beds, 55" Smart TV with private bathroom and private closet Bedroom 4: (1) Full size bed, 65" Smart TV Living Room- Large very comfortable wrap around sectional sofa, 75" Smart TV with surround sound KITCHEN: Gather all of your family and friends around this custom designed gourmet kitchen, bar seating for 6, stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, a 6 burner gas range, oven, microwave, and more! DINING: For a more formal dining experience, there is a separate dining room with a table which seats 8 LIVING: Perfectly appointed furnishings set this vacation home apart from the rest. There is a very cozy wrap around sofa, with plenty of seating and a large 75" LG TV perfect for watching a big game or relaxing at the end of the day with a great movie. OUTSIDE: The living room opens up to your own private outdoor desert paradise with something for the entire group. The beautifully landscaped backyard with palm trees features an outdoor dining table, couch seating area with a 65" outdoor TV, fire pit w/seating, built in gas BBQ, a Big Green Egg, and a putting green. And of course there is a large salt water swimming pool with a swim jet for getting your swim workout in! The 8 seat hot tub tops off a perfect day in the Desert Oasis! INCLUDED WITH YOUR VACATION HOME: All of our vacation rentals are fully furnished with cable/satellite TV and high speed WiFi (Free WiFi). Kitchens are equipped with appliances including a refrigerator, microwave, oven, stove, crock pot, Keurig coffee maker (pods), toaster and blender. KITCHEN: Properties are equipped with the following items to accommodate the max occupancy of the home: basic dining, cooking and serving essentials, toaster, refrigerator, microwave, oven, stove, Keurig coffee maker, blender, food processor, a variety of tea bags, coffee pods, sugars, half and half, including plates, bowls, silverware, wine and drinking glasses, cooking utensils and kitchen accessories such as can opener, wine opener, measuring spoons and more. We also provide a spice rack, salt and pepper. No other cooking essentials or supplies are provided (oil, sprays or other cooking ingredients, foil, cling wrap, etc.). HOUSE SUPPLIES: Your home will be stocked with an initial supply of trash bags, paper towels, kitchen sponge, hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher pods, toilet paper, laundry pods and dryer sheets. OTHER ITEMS: The property is equipped with a specific quantity of bath and pool towels to accommodate the max occupancy of the home. The bathrooms are stocked with shampoo, conditioner and liquid body wash. There is also a fully equipped laundry room with a washer, dryer, ironing board & iron. LOCATION: 6 miles from the Desert International Horse Park and 5.5 miles to the Empire Polo Fields for all the equestrian activities and Coachella and Stagecoach music festivals; minutes from the La Quinta Resort, Indian Wells Tennis Garden, Old Town La Quinta, and all the La Quinta golf courses. Highway 111 is down the street, with Costco, Target, Coffee Bean, and Starbucks, among many other chains and local favorites. Less than 10 minutes form I-10, you can quickly head to Palm Springs, nearby casinos and other Coachella Valley destinations. ESTIMATED DISTANCES FROM THE VACATION HOME - Desert International Horse Park: 6 miles - Empire Polo Fields: LESS THEN 6 MILES! - Old Town La Quinta: 5-7 minutes - Indian Wells Tennis Garden: 10-15 minutes - Palm Desert/El Paseo: 15-20 minutes - Downtown Palm Springs/Airport: 30-40 minutes - LA/OC/SD: Roughly 2 hours without traffic GUEST ACCESSGuests have access to the entire estate. The property is accessible using a keyless system that allows entry into the estate through your entire stay. The code changes for every reservation so it is an incredibly safe alternative. By issuing the code prior to arrival, the check-in process is much easier so that you can start your vacation as soon as possible! Other things to note . - FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS - WHAT TIME IS CHECK-IN AND CHECK OUT? Check in is after 4PM local time, and check out is 11AM. Early check in and late check out may be available for your reservation. There is no extra fee for early check in, or, late check out (If we can accommodate your request, we most certainly will!) WILL I NEED TO MEET THE PROPERTY MANAGER TO GET A KEY? Our homes are keyless entry, we issue a "code" rather than a physical key. The code changes for every reservation so it is an incredibly safe alternative. By issuing the code prior to arrival, the check-in process is much easier. DO YOU PROVIDE DAILY CLEANING SERVICE? Cleaning is performed at the end of your stay. A mid-week or mid-stay clean can be provided for an additional fee. CAN WE HAVE THE POOL HEATED? YES, hot tub heat is complimentary, the pool is 50 per day to heat to 88 degrees (only needed October-May) Summer months the pool sits from 85-95 degrees. WHAT IS PROVIDED WITH MY ACCOMMODATIONS? All of our vacation rentals are furnished and have a kitchen with amenities including a microwave, Keurig coffee maker, toaster, blender and food processor. Each property is stocked with cooking and serving items including plates, bowls and utensils, as well as a can opener, corkscrew measuring spoons and more. The coffee maker takes coffee pods and we also offer a spice rack, salt and pepper. There are bath towels, pool towels and bed linens. We also provide an initial supply of trash liners, toilet paper, hand soap and dishwasher soap. Bathrooms are stocked with Shampoo, conditioner and liquid body wash. Laundry facilities are also equipped with laundry soap and dryer sheets. CAN I SHIP A PACKAGE TO MY VACATION HOME? We do not recommend shipping directly to the home, we do not have mailbox keys, and there are many different people with access to the home: vendors, housekeeping, Guest Services staff, etc... so we cannot be responsible for packages once delivered. DO YOUR HOMES HAVE OUTDOOR MUSIC SYSTEMS? No we do not. Our home has noise limit requirements set by the HOA. We do recommend bringing your own Bluetooth speaker to enjoy! Just please respect the neighbors. DO YOU ALLOW PETS? No cats, certain non-shedding hypoallergenic dogs will be considered at an additional fee.
