The apartment is nice, but the area is not. So, if you just want a clean basic apartment at a good price, this it. It's a condo, and I don't own the whole building, so I can't do to much about the deferred maintenance on the other units. There's a lot of folks out there that work hard and pay their bills but don't make a whole lot of money. They need good basic housing at an affordable price. It's got to be clean, and everything has got to work, and if it breaks, it needs to be fixed quick. That's what I provide. So, if you don't have a lot of money, but you're clean and quiet, and always pay your bills, you're my kind of customer. I WANT TO HEAR FROM YOU!
