Years ago I installed ceramic Tile floors throughout entire house. Full Solid Hardwood doors on all rooms & even both bathrooms. Huge back yard. Absolutely NO smokers. Non smoker ONLY! Decent or good credit. Verifiable established income. 4/2/2 on .47 acre.. New roof and central AC in 2018. Built in 1972, aux AC unit, added Insulation, updated plumbing fixtures, 2018 roof, have all updated in the last 5 years. Some photos I had were during tree pruning work, or new roof, or during remodeling work. If I do paint the place, I WILL be asking MORE for it. Paint in some of the areas is older. I have not painted some of the rooms & one bathroom recently. Renters pay all utilities & take care of lawns. The wall to wall tile floors and added insulation never saw a cps bill over 200 in peak summer set at 78 degrees on AC, pre COVID util prices. It was anywhere from 65-130 once I did the tile & radiant barrier insulation coating . The air conditioning system is 3 years old upgraded unit.
