Each resident signs their own lease covering their bedroom only you're not responsible for your roommate's rent. Kitchen and living area are shared with one other resident; roommate placement is handled by management. Utilities are split evenly and billed to each resident separately. Walk to Eastern Connecticut State University and a short commute to UConn, with downtown restaurants, cafes, and breweries right outside the door. Community amenities include a fitness center, golf simulator, on-site laundry, resident storage, Wi-Fi, and garage parking a five-minute walk away on Walnut Street. All units include a dishwasher. You and your roommate do share responsibility for the common areas, so if something in the shared space is damaged and we can't determine who caused it, the cost is split.
