The house is 3 minutes from Lodi Lake and Mokelumne River which is great for picnics, hiking, biking, paddleboarding and kayaking. Includes fast internet. A zen garden is outside of the double doors in the large downstairs great room. This room is perfect for yoga and other activities. There is a massage table available. Beautiful, relaxing backyard with two patios: one with large table, umbrella and chairs AND one with lounge chairs. It's perfect for eating, working and entertaining outside. Landscaping is filled with mature trees, flowers and plants. Another space has a hammock. There is a relaxing sounding fountain and pond in the back. The house is 3 minutes from Lodi Lake and Mokelumne River which is great for picnics, hiking, biking, paddle boarding and kayaking. minimum of 30 days rental. I am open to longer terms as well. The room is furnished. If you want to use your own furniture, I will remove the existing furniture from the room. There is also a fold out futon/couch in the room.
