On street parking, a laundromat is located on Platte and Institute. This building is set up and off of the street with beautiful trees giving a layer of quiet and privacy to the property. We can meet you for your tour and present you with our application at appointment. We do not do online applications nor do we take your 45 dollar application fee unless you see the apartment. This lease is for 12 months, The rent is 1100.00 per month, the utilities are capped at 175.00 but you pay much less most of the year exept the coldest months. There is a monthly 20.00 trash fee. We have a 45.00 non refundable background check due when you file your application with us, not with Zillow. We will meet you if you are interested in our apartment and give you your application at that time. We have a non smoking building, meaning no smoking inside or where other renters can be affected.
