Lush Oasis in the middle of Old Town! This adorable 2 story Salt Box home has charm in every corner. Entering in to the eat-in kitchen, you have custom made counter tops from a reclaimed pocket door! Separating the eat-in kitchen from the living room is a half wall of cabinets. Towards the back of the home there is a half bath with a utility closet and a perfect sized laundry room under the stair case that provides additional storage. Once up the hand painted stairs, there is a perfect, sun-lit nook for reading, lounging or setting up as an office. Both bedrooms upstairs offer unique options, one bedroom has vaulted ceilings with an adorable chandelier, the other, is a larger room. The courtyard is where the property shines: multiple decks, patios, a koi pond, a swim pond, multiple fruit trees, a she shed, a he shed and a wee shed round out the fully fenced yard.
