I generally prefer no pets, though I may consider a fixed cat or a small dog under 25 lbs. To proceed with the rental process, please have the following available: A recent pay stub References A current credit report (a free report is available at AnnualCreditReport .com) A credit score of 720 or higher is required, as well as evidence of consistent bill payments and stable employment or another reliable income source to cover rent. Additionally, the house has a newer roof, heat pump, dishwasher and stove. In addition, the front porch, shutters, front door and trim have all been recently painted. Also, the house was pressure washed in June, 2024. Thank you for your time, and understanding! The house is in "For Sale" condition. Minimum credit score expected is 720, other applications will not be considered. The steps to renting the property will be having references verified, credit will be checked on all lease holders and debt to income ratios will be a factor.
