House is roughly 3000 square ft and includes: Washer/Dryer Dishwasher Hot tub Swimming Pool Large Backyard Large common spaces Central A/C Central Heating Pool table Poker table has a large backyard 4 total occupants including me (F25) ROOM 1: $1,150 Private bedroom upstairs, shared bathroom with one other tenant ROOM 2: $1,100 Private upstairs bedroom, shared bathroom with one other tenant There is also a separate common space bathroom that upstairs tenants may occupy at any time! Utilities are a flat fee of $140. All housemates have access to all common areas. Looking for kind, clean, and respectful housemates Maintain a safe, respectful, and clean living environment. Guests are welcome as long as all residing tenants are aware. Notice and approval are required for 3 or more guests. Reasonable care must be taken around the animals that reside. Household chores and cleaning responsibilities will be divided fairly amongst occupants. Gardening and pool maintenance are scheduled weekly, and professional house cleaning is scheduled monthly. The dishwasher must only be run when full Each occupant will be assigned a designated laundry day, and the remaining days will be on a first-come, first-served basis. Driveway parking (excluding the master tenant's reserved spot) has capacity for 2 cars on a first-come, first-served basis. There is also plenty of street parking available.
