The owner pays all utilities included except cable and internet. 2 small pets allowed, not weighing over 20 pounds. No pet bulls or Rottweiler dogs allowed. Tenants are responsible for cleaning up after their pets. There is a spa in the yard that is non-operational. Rent is due on the first of each month and will be considered late after the third day; the tenant will be charged a $75.00 late fee.
