This home does have a full basement that is only for storage, not living space. Garage is 1 car (maybe a little bigger). Only 1-2 SMALL dogs under 40 lbs, no cats (allergy-related) and no large dogs. There is a $50 charge per month per dog. Please send a message if you are interested. Once I receive your message I will send showing instructions. After you see the house, and you are still interested, you MUST fill out the Zillow application from the link in the listing. Please fill it out in its entirety. If there are two people going on the lease, then BOTH people need to fill out an application or you will not be considered.
