The condo has a full-size washing machine and dryer within the unit, central A/C, and a balcony. The unit is approximately 930 square feet, with two bedrooms and one bathroom. No pets or smoking are allowed. Applicants will need to pass a credit, background, and past landlord reference check. Rent is $1525/month plus a $1525 security deposit due upon lease signing.
