Lessee is responsible for keeping our property clean and clear of debris and trash and vegetation overgrowth especially along the roadway. Do not let weeds or vegetation grow on the home. Keep bushes cut low. Renter's insurance is required. PROHIBITED Now swimming pools and no trampolines.
