In winter, you are responsible to keep snow clear from your on-street parking area and to help with front steps snow removal. We expect each person to tidy up after themselves daily, thoroughly clean common spaces weekly, and participate in "seasonal cleaning & lite maintenance" tasks as assigned quarterly.
