A fourth bedroom is in the process of being turned into a meditation room. In-home laundry washer&dryer. The kitchen is fully equipped and available for you to use. Gas range. There is abundant on-street parking. The garage can be used upon request for special occasions (such as, you want to clean/thaw/dry out your car). In winter, you are responsible to keep snow clear from your on-street parking area and to help with front steps snow removal. We expect each person to tidy up after themselves daily, thoroughly clean common spaces weekly, and participate in "seasonal cleaning & lite maintenance" tasks as assigned quarterly. Bathroom and kitchen cleaning supplies are communal.

One housemate (male) has a podcast, works evenings as air traffic controller. (Female) likes cooking projects, works a professional job from home. Both 40's. House is tidy/clean but comfortably "lived in." Guests welcome with common sense & courtesy.
