I am looking for someone to live in my room during the spring semester while I am abroad. You would be able to move in as soon as you would like to and the move out date is negotiable but will be between June and August. The room is located inside of a house with hardwood floors, washer/dryer, dishwasher, flat screen tv, off street parking, 2 refrigerators, bike rack, heating, and an AC unit. The house houses 8 people total, so you would be sharing with 7 other 20-21 year old, third year UVa students. You would have your own room and would only have to share a bathroom with one other person. The house is coed so males and females are both welcome - you would be living with 3 other boys and 4 other girls. The room will come completely furnished. Rent is $475 per month.
