Tours available by appointment. We do not participate in governmental rental programs. Property is available from September 15 through May 15. Utilities are included. Rent is due on the 1st of each month. Late fee is $75 if paid after the 5th of the month. Cleaning fee of $112 payable at the beginning of the lease. Quiet time is from 9 PM-9 AM. Refundable deposit of $100 is payable at the beginning of the lease. Outer doors are locked at 9 PM. A key card will allow you to enter. No smoking, vaping or open flames. We do not participate in governmental rental programs.
