    We have AMAZING POSSIBILITIES with this property! There are 2 homes on the property. 803 is a tear down. 805 has had some updating, but is in good shape! New laminate flooring was put in the home a couple years ago and a new gas stove, a new water heater and new kitchen cabinets. Tenant in 805 is paying $700 per month and is very happy to stay.
