All utilities are included. Plus Internet and Dish T.V. service free. Private entrance, courtyard and solitude. Off street parking. There are no extra monthly fees, only rent. Basically, you can bring your clothes and your toothbrush. We live on site but not connected to casita living quarters. Owner pays all utilities including internet and Dish T.V. service. First month's rent and deposit are due at signing of lease. Total of $2,000. No smoking in casita, but an area is available outside in courtyard. No pets. We will accept a 6 month lease if preferred.
