Welcome to Turtle Hill Townhomes, a warm welcoming community. We offer spacious 2-bedroom apartments with 1 1/2 bathrooms and washer/dryer hookups. All utilities are included with the exception of electric. We have a playground and offer free covered car port parking. Current specials are a reduced application fee and if a lease is signed in January, then rent is FREE for February. Townhomes are located at Washington St. and Nebraska St., but the leasing office is located at 805 North 6th Street in unit #405. We are an affordable community and do accept housing vouchers. Turtle Hill Townhomes is professionally managed by Eagle Point Managment. All utilities are paid by owner except for electric. Cats and Dogs are welcome. This property is non-smoking.
